Delivery of a fireplace over 400lbs

1. We will place the fireplace in the directed spot of the customer. 
2. Upon special circumstances we may request the customer to provide special assistance with the delivery: ie; a forklift/skid steer/additional manpower.
3. Upon acceptance of the delivery, the customer is required to protect and secure the fireplace.
4. The Firebird is not responsible for any damage to the fireplace after we have delivered it.
